Hoadly Falls Project

This proposed project is part of an overall assemblage of properties totaling around 120 acres with one entrance off of Davis Ford Road near the Prince William Parkway between the old Palm Pools property and the existing church. The project in question is a proposal to build 15 homes on 32 acres on half-acre and larger lots. The density recommended by the county Comprehensive Plan would result in a maximum of 11 homes on that size parcel. The proposal involves possibly two entrances to the parcels, one at the current church entrance on Davis Ford Road and one on the Prince William Parkway. The plan maps are below- the most current is the third.
