Signal Hill Area

There are a number of projects that are proposed for the Signal Hill area, mostly near the Signal Bay Water Park. They are Cayden Ridge, Richmond Station, Birmingham Drive and the Reserve at Long Forest. Cayden Ridge is discussed in detail on a separate tab. If all the projects were approved they could result in over 900 new homes to this immediate area. The school board has opposed the Cayden Ridge project and one other based on the area schools already being overcrowded. The Birmingham Drive project has been withdrawn for now.
