Quartz District
This is a new project proposed for the intersection of Minnieville Road and Prince William Parkway. Proposed are up to 1,000 housing units (townhomes and condominiums) and 300,000 square feet of commercial space. This project is part of the Dale City Small Area Plan Study Area. The applicant will present the project at a future MIDCO meeting.
